COMMON QUESTIONS

Service Area FAQ.

Do you serve Prescott and Prescott Valley? +

Yes. Prescott and Prescott Valley are within our extended service radius. We have completed projects there and work regularly in the high country. Prescott's granitic soil and elevation present different excavation conditions than the Valley, and our crews are experienced managing both environments.

Do you serve Sedona and the Verde Valley? +

Yes. Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, Cottonwood, and Camp Verde are within our extended radius. The Verde Valley presents unique red rock terrain, clay soils, and elevation grading challenges that require the same specialized excavation approach we apply to hillside lots throughout the North Valley.

Do you build pools on rural lots and acreage properties? +

Yes, and this is one of our primary technical specialties. Rural and acreage properties in New River, Desert Hills, Cave Creek, and Carefree present caliche rock sub-surfaces, steep grade changes, private wells, and septic systems that require a different level of engineering than flat suburban lots. We work closely with county health departments to perform septic clearance mapping and obtain all required grading, building, and safety permits before any excavation begins.
